Preparation: 50-year-old vineyards from rich sandstone soils in the northwest of Perpignan, in Latour-de-France. It is left to ferment with its skins for two weeks, destemmed by hand before being pressed in an amphora for nine months.
Tasting notes: Candied black fruits with violet and violet, balsamic and mineral nuances. Warm and soft, expressive and tasty, fresh and with soft tannin, the finish is very persistent.
