Pale straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Fresh and complex, with notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, and delicate hints of bread crust.
Taste
Extremely dry, vibrant, and refreshing. Excellent acidity, creamy bubbles, and a persistent finish.
Alcohol content
11.5% vol.
Type of glass
Flute or Tulip glass
Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, oysters, white fish, and fresh cheeses.
Refinement
Minimum 18 months on lees in the bottle, often longer for greater complexity.
Vinification
Manual harvest, soft pressing, primary fermentation in stainless steel, secondary fermentation in bottle using the Traditional Method.
