Winemaking: The grapes come from different vineyards, all on terraces (von den Terrassen). Harvesting takes place in the first week of November. The grapes are destemmed and left to macerate with the skins for at least one night before being pressed. Fermentation and maturation takes place in steel vats.
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow color. On the nose the aromas are typical of Riesling with notes of fresh and exotic fruits. In the mouth it shows an interesting acid note with a lively finish.
