A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, it presents a brilliant gold color and fine perlage. The nose is complex, with hints of red berries, brioche, and citrus. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and persistent, with an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, it should be served at 6-8°C.
