Colour

Intense golden yellow, with amber and turbid reflections, typical of long skin maceration.

Bouquet

Complex bouquet: dried apricot, honey, candied citrus, hay, aromatic herbs, ginger, and tertiary mineral/oxidative notes.

Taste

Full-bodied, structured, and enveloping. Intense minerality, with delicate tannins and a very long finish. Savory and fresh.
