It is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, showing a bright straw yellow color with fine bubbles. The nose reveals white fruit, citrus, and yeast. The palate is fresh and balanced, with brioche notes. Alcohol content is 12.5% vol. It ages for at least 4 years on lees, served at 8-10°C. Excellent with aperitifs, seafood, and fish dishes.
