Tasting notes: Straw yellow color. The perlage is of beautiful finesse and persistence. The nose expresses aromas of green apple, white fruit, bread crust and delicate floral nuances. In the mouth it is intense and rich, with a creamy sip, which closes with a lively freshness on salty and mineral notes.
