Manufacturer: Mosse
Format : 75 cl.

Grapes: Chenin Blanc
This famous white wine from Agnès and René Mosse is made from a small plot (0.67 hectares) of the oldest vines of the incredible Bonnes Blanches vineyard, which is composed of sand and clay on shale.
The vines come from a small section of vineyard of 0.66 hectares where the best vines grow and where the vines are more than 35 years old and the yield is very low, only 20 hectoliters per hectare. The wine ages in wooden fûts for at least 12 months. In this domain the grapes are picked by hand.
Tasting notes: Splendid nose of yellow-fleshed fruit, golden apples, lime and white pepper, marked minerality. Fresh and tasty, consistent in the mouth where the fruity aromas of the nose return with insistence and delicacy, spicy and very long.
Pairings: Ideal to accompany cheese, fish, seafood platters
Service temperature: 10-12 ºC
