The Louise Dubois 1885 Chardonnay, a dry white wine from Burgundy, is a vintage icon from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Its golden yellow color with amber reflections precedes complex aromas of candied fruit, honey, and walnuts. On the palate, it is structured, elegant, persistent (13.5% Vol.). Long-aged in bottle, it's ideal with foie gras and aged cheeses, served at 12-14°C.
