Les Eminades Vieilles Canailles Saint-Chinian is a red wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, made from Carignan (old vines), Grenache, and Syrah. It has a deep ruby red color and an aroma of red and black fruits, spices, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fruity, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in concrete tanks, it has an alcohol content of 14.5% vol and is served at 16-18°C, perfect with red meats and aged cheeses.
