L'Autin Eli Pas Dosé Rosé is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Piedmont. Made from Pinot Noir, pale pink, offering red fruit, rose, and bread crust notes. Dry, fresh, mineral on the palate, with good acidity. Aged min. 30 months on lees. Excellent as an aperitif. Serve at 6-8°C.
