Laurent Cazottes Rackham is a macerated white wine from the heart of France's South-West. Made from Ondenc, Loin de l'œil, and Mauzac grapes, it displays an intense golden yellow colour with amber reflections. The nose enchants with intense aromas of dried apricot, candied citrus, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh, with delicate tannins and a long finish. It pairs wonderfully with exotic dishes and blue cheeses, served between 12°C and 14°C to best enhance its nuances.
