Laurent Cazottes' Châmpetre is a natural white wine from the Gaillac region, France. Made with Mauzac, Ondenc, and Loin de l'Oeil, it offers a bright straw yellow color. The nose is intense with quince, citrus, and floral notes. On the palate, it's fresh and savory, at 12.5% vol. Ideal with fish and white meats, served at 10-12°C. Aged in steel/concrete, vinified without added sulfites.
