Kanonkop Paul Sauer is a dry South African red wine from Stellenbosch, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Deep ruby red, it entices with aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, and tobacco. On the palate, it's full-bodied with silky tannins and a long finish. Aged 24 months in barriques, it's ideal with red meats and game. Serve at 16-18℃.
