Colour

Bright golden yellow, sometimes with greenish reflections. Clear and luminous.

Bouquet

Intense and complex. Notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), floral (lime blossom), mineral (flint), and sometimes petrol with age.

Taste

Dry, with vibrant, well-integrated acidity. Great calcareous minerality, elegant, persistent with a long, savory finish.
