The Julien Brocard Chablis 1er Cru Vau De Vey is an exceptional dry white wine from 100% Chardonnay, Burgundy, Chablis. Straw yellow with greenish hues, it offers mineral, citrus, and white flower aromas. On the palate, it is lively, dry, with pronounced minerality and refreshing acidity. Long and elegant finish. 13% vol., serve at 10-12℃. Ideal with oysters and seafood. Vinified in stainless steel, aged on fine lees.
