Tasting notes: Light yellow gold color. First nose of white flowers, acacia followed by notes of pastry: nougat and vanilla. Magnificent entry into the mouth, rich and intense, but with a very pleasant freshness. We find again these aromas of pastry, rum-raisins, which are mixed with a touch of fresh oak. The balance and length on the palate are exceptional. Fullness and volume on the palate associated with freshness and tension that are the prerogative of the great white wines of the Côte de Beaune.
