Griesel & Compagnie Grande Cuvée is a sparkling wine of extraordinary elegance from the Hessische Bergstrasse region, made with the Traditional Method. It enchants with a bright straw yellow color, very fine perlage, and complex aromas of brioche, citrus, and red berries. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, and structured, with a vibrant acidity that prolongs the finish. Aged for at least 36 months on lees, it is an ideal aperitif and pairs wonderfully with seafood or white meats, served at 6-8°C.
