The David & Nadia Plat'bos Chenin Blanc is an exceptional dry white wine from South Africa, specifically from Swartland. Produced exclusively from Chenin Blanc grapes, it features a pale straw yellow color. The nose is complex, with hints of stone fruit, citrus, floral notes, honey, and a distinct minerality. On the palate, it is dry, rich, and endowed with vibrant acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish. It ages for 10-12 months in used oak barrels. It is ideally served at 10-12°C with seafood or white meats.
