Cotar Terra Rossa is a dry red wine from Slovenia, Karst region. Made from Terrano, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, it displays an intense ruby red color. The nose offers ripe red fruits, balsamic, and spicy notes. On the palate, it is structured, fresh, and savory, with fine tannins. Aged in oak barrels, it is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18℃.
