Château Mercian Ortum Koshu, from the renowned Iwade Vineyard, is a refined dry Japanese white wine. Made exclusively from Koshu grapes, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color. The nose reveals intense notes of citrus, green apple, minerals, and white flowers, enriched by delicate herbaceous nuances. The palate is fresh and mineral, characterized by excellent acidity and a persistent finish. Aged in stainless steel with fine lees contact, it is ideal for accompanying sushi, seafood, and light dishes, served at 8-10°C.
