Cantemerle, a Grand Cru Classé from Haut-Médoc, is a dry red wine from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot. Intense ruby red, it offers aromas of fruit, spices & cedar. On the palate, it's structured, elegant, with fine tannins & a persistent finish. Aged in barriques. Perfect with red meats & aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
