Tasting notes: Golden yellow color with subtle greenish hues. Splendidly balanced, with intense aromas of ripe fruit combined with a round body, delicate texture and characteristic notes of yeast and vanilla. Refined and long finish in the mouth.
Pairing: Excellent to accompany grilled salmon with smoked butter, corn salads, grilled molasses with pepper creme broule.
