After a careful process of identifying the best terroir for each cultivar, the sites were identified, evaluated and then selected.

The grapes were hand-picked early in the morning, placed in shipping crates, and transported in refrigerated trucks to arrive at the winery.

Tasting Notes: Complex blend of deep enticing aromas of blueberries, cassis and spiced cocoa. On the palate it is fresh and lively with an abundance of the same flavors of blueberries, cassis and cocoa. Structured and elegant with a velvety, smooth-textured mouthfeel and a lovely integration of oak and fruit. Complex, nuanced and subtly powerful, nothing is overdone. Delicious persistent cola.

Pairing: Excellent with red meat dishes, game, white meat.
