Bouquet
Delicate and complex. Notes of green apple, citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers, with hints of dried fruit and brioche from aging on lees.
Taste
Fresh and lively on the attack, with excellent balanced acidity. Flavors of citrus, apple, and a slight minerality are perceived. The finish is long and harmonious.

Pairings

Vinification
