Aurus is a Spanish red wine from Rioja DOCa, 100% Tempranillo. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose offers a complex bouquet of dark fruits, sweet spices, tobacco, and leather. Powerful yet elegant on the palate, with silky tannins and a long finish. Aged in barriques and bottle for years, it pairs well with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
