When you have a moment please let me know if any of your cheese - especially the burrata - is suitable for vegetarians. Is it made using vegetarian rennet?

Sorry, but currently we don't have or don't know if we have cheese with vegetarian rennet. In Italy we don't have the "V" symbol for vegetarian products so it's hard for us to understand if a cheese is vegetarian or not.
