Actually, I don't know the exact fat content of the primo sale we offer, but primo sale generally has around 25-30% fat. It is considered a low fat cheese for it's texture, since it is semi-soft and can be used as a grated cheese. Many dietologists advise it for diets for its calcium content with a relatively low fat content.
