Sassicaia 2011: in the beginning you can immediately feel the alcoholic note but only for few seconds, then you start to feel the freshness and refinement of the fruits as strawberry, currant accompanied by a vibrant vegetable ground shade. The taste is very lively and the alcoholic note is balanced by a fine acidity and mature tannins. The final is very convincing.
