The pigs in the Cillo Certified Chain are from two native Italian breeds: the Suino Apulo Calabrese (Nero Lucano) and the Suino di Razza Casertana (Casertana Breed), raised outdoors using traditional methods and controlled feeding, to guarantee our customers superior quality meat.

Mortadella di Nero Casertano signed by Sabatino Cillo has a very rustic texture and appearance, given by the artisanal manual processing.
The flavor is firm and enveloping, thanks to the classic persistence of flavor of the meat of the black Casertano pig.
