GRETO DELLE FATE: THE STORY Greto delle Fate is a small company in the heart of the Morellino di Scansano, with a total of 11 acres of land, currently produces only a very limited amount of Morellino di Scansano DOC, however, projects to expand the company will include the creation of a small range of products that over time will bring to life a reserve of Morellino di Scansano and maybe an IGT Toscano. The winery, is being built at this moment using the most modern winemaking techniques. Greto delle Fate can draw on the valuable collaboration of Fazi Battaglia,that with its 50 years of experience in the wine industry will also be its exclusive distributor. The first limited production of Morellino di Scansano "Greto of Fate" was presented in 2001 and became a remarkably successful and encouraging first experience.Greto delle Fate is therefore a company that is emerging, but with a great potential for growth in future years, thanks to the incredible richness of its soil.
