Alanera is a Rosso Veronese IGT from Zenato, an expression of Veneto. It's made from selected grapes, including Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta, with partial drying enhancing its complexity. It presents an intense ruby red color and offers an enveloping aroma of ripe red fruit and spices. On the palate, it's soft, balanced, and persistent, with velvety tannins. Ideal for red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
