The Sauvignon Blanc from Weingut Plonerhof is an excellent dry white wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and aged in stainless steel, it presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense, with hints of elderflower, gooseberry, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and persistent. Ideal with asparagus and seafood, it should be served between 8 and 10°C in a suitable glass to enhance its aromas. Its alcohol content is 13.5% Vol.
