Vina Morande Carmenere Reserva Guardian is a dry red wine from Chile, specifically from the Maipo Valley. Made from 100% Carmenere grapes, it presents a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose offers a rich bouquet of ripe black fruit, black pepper, balsamic notes, tobacco, chocolate, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth, with velvety tannins and a long spicy finish. With an alcohol content of 14% Vol., it pairs beautifully with red meats and aged cheeses. Aging in barrels for 12-18 months enhances its complexity. Serve between 16-18°C.
