The Trento Doc Extra Brut Fanti M.c. is a Classic Method sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, made from Chardonnay grapes. It displays a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers intense aromas of bread crust, citrus, and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and vibrant, with a fine perlage and a long mineral finish. Aged for at least 36 months on its lees, it is ideal as an aperitif or with raw fish, served between 6 and 8℃ in a flute.
