This Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC from Italy's Veneto region boasts an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta grapes contribute to an intense aroma of ripe red fruit and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, soft, and persistent, with velvety tannins. With 14.5% vol., it's ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18℃ in a large glass. It ages 12-18 months in oak.
