The Vecchie Terre di Montefili Bruno di Rocca 1996 is an IGT Toscana red of remarkable character. Produced primarily with Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, it displays an intense ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose is complex, with hints of ripe red fruits, spices, tobacco, balsamic, and vanilla. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with soft, persistent tannins. It pairs beautifully with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 18℃ after adequate aging.
