Valentini Montepulciano D'abruzzo 2013 is a still DOC red wine from Abruzzo, 100% Montepulciano. It shows an intense ruby red, evolving to garnet with age. The nose is complex, with red fruits, spices, tobacco, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, with elegant tannins and a persistent, savory, mineral finish. With 13.5% vol. alcohol, it's perfect for red meats and aged cheeses, served at 18°C in a large glass. A traditional wine with great aging potential, made in Slavonian oak barrels.
