U Tabarka - Carloforte - Gioia, a Sardinian red from Carignan grapes. Intense ruby with ripe red fruits and spices. Palate is warm, soft, with elegant tannins and a persistent finish. Aged in barrique and bottle. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.
