Intense and aromatic, with floral hints of acacia and fruity notes of peach.
Taste
Sweet (amabile), pleasantly fresh and lively, with aromatic persistence and a harmonious finish.

6.5% vol.

Flüte or small white wine glass.
Pairings
Fresh fruit desserts, dry pastries, fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
Refinement
In stainless steel tanks. Best consumed young.
