Terrazzi Alti Sassella Valtellina Superiore, a DOCG from Lombardy, is an intense ruby red Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca). Aroma of red fruits, spices, and withered rose. On the palate, it's dry, warm, harmonious, with elegant tannins. Aged min. 24 months, 12 in wood. Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
