Complex bouquet of ripe wild berries, sweet spices, balsamic notes, and tertiary hints of tobacco and cocoa.
Taste
Structured, elegant, with velvety tannins and a long, persistent finish. Notes of black fruit and spices.

14.0% Vol.
Type of glass
Large glass for structured red wine, "Bordeaux Grand Cru" type.
Pairings
Ideal with important red meats, game, succulent roasts, and aged or blue cheeses.
Refinement
12-18 months in French oak barriques and further months in bottle.
Vinification
Fermentation with prolonged skin maceration at controlled temperature in steel. Malolactic fermentation in wood.
