This dry white wine, 100% Passerina, presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It offers a delicate, floral and fruity aroma. On the palate it is fresh, savory and well balanced, with a persistent finish. Aged and vinified in steel at controlled temperature. Ideal with light dishes, fish and fresh cheeses, served at 8-10°C in a tulip glass.
