Spagnol's Quindici16 is a Valdobbiadene Extra Brut DOCG Martinotti-Charmat Lungo, from Glera grapes. Bright straw yellow with fine perlage, it offers fresh aromas of green apple and citrus. Dry, mineral, and vibrant on the palate, with savouriness. Excellent aperitif and with fish. Serve at 6-8°C.
