Sottimano Barbaresco Basarin is a sublime expression of Piedmont, a dry red wine exclusively made from Nebbiolo grapes. It presents a garnet red colour, intense aromas of rose and spices, and a robust, velvety flavour. It ages in wood and bottle, with an alcohol content around 14-14.5% vol. Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses, serve at 18-20°C in a large glass to appreciate its nuances.
