This Sauvignon Blanc is born in the splendid vineyards of the Somerbosch company, located in the Stellenbosch area, in South Africa.
It is made only with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested manually and selected in the vineyard. After 3-4 hours in contact with the skins, the wine is left to ferment and then refine in steel for about 30 days. It is then bottled and stabilized in glass.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. It gives the nose an interesting fruity aroma of peach and ripe apricot. On the palate it shows excellent freshness, with fruity notes that return to the palate with good persistence.
