Segreto del Sud Collezione Privata Primitivo di Manduria, from Puglia, is an intense dry red. Made with Primitivo grapes, it offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, plum, and spices. On the palate, it's full-bodied, soft, and balanced, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish. Alcohol 14.5%, serve 16-18°C. Aged in oak, ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
