Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet
Intense, complex, ripe red fruits, sour cherry, spices, cocoa, vanilla. Balsamic notes.
Taste
Sweet, velvety, full-bodied, with excellent acidity. Persistent, hints of preserved fruit and spices.
Alcohol content
13% Vol.
Type of glass
Passito or Recioto wine glass.
Pairings
Dry pastries, chocolate cakes, blue cheeses, foie gras, meditation wine.
Refinement
18-24 months in oak barrels, then in bottle.
Vinification
