Allegrini Amarone is an iconic Venetian red wine, from air-dried Corvina Veronese grapes. Intense ruby color, cherry and spice aromas, full and enveloping taste. Aged in barriques, ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.

Intense notes of spirits-soaked cherry, sweet spices, rhubarb and liquorice.

Full, warm, enveloping, with soft tannins and a long, fruity finish.

Large glass for important red wines (Bordeaux type).
Pairings
Red meats, game, aged cheeses. Excellent as a meditation wine.
Refinement
18 months in oak barriques, 7 months in bottle.
Vinification
Grapes air-dried for 3-4 months. Fermentation in steel at controlled temperature.
