Intense, complex, ripe red fruits (cherry, sour cherry), sweet spices, balsamic notes, tobacco, cocoa.

Full, enveloping, structured, elegant tannins, persistent, with a return of fruit and spices.

13.5% Vol.
Type of glass
Large glass, Bordeaux or Burgundy type.
Pairings
Roasted or grilled red meats, game, aged cheeses.
Refinement
20 months in new French oak barriques, then 12 months in bottle.
Vinification
Destemming and crushing, fermentation in steel tanks with 15-18 days maceration, daily pump-overs.
